WHAT IS THE SHOCK RETURNS POLICY?
Please choose carefully as Shock Entertainment does not provide refunds for change of mind. For products purchased we will accept returns where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not perform as advertised.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the below details to request a return:
· Order Number
· Reason for Returning Goods
Shock will provide you, by email, a Return Authorisation (RA) number for approved returns only. The supplied RA number will allow you to return the item(s) through our chosen postage carrier, at no charge to you. Please follow the instructions provided in the email carefully; failure to follow these instructions may lead to your return being rejected and/or charges being incurred. Shock endeavours to process all returns within 14 days from receiving the item(s) at our warehouse.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Shock takes extreme care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. As outlined above please contact us at email@example.com to request a return for faulty items.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Replace the item(s) (subject to stock availability)
2. Store Credit to your Shock online account (for customers with a Shock member account)
3. Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return from the time you send your goodies. We’ll do our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands and will notify you via email to let you know your return has been received and processed.
*Please note once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
